Phriday Photos

Kitties!

Look at this delishus beautiful flower!

They were an anniversary present given to the Grands by their wonderful neighbor Bill.

Homemade pumpkin pie.
Mommy said it was terrific.  Not the recipe on the can--this pie was made with vanilla soy milk and other, top secret ingredients.
So far Mommy has won all the slow-dessert-eating showdowns.

The golden barrel cactus has pups!  Who knew that cacti were related to woofies?

This is the view from the Grand's back yard, which backs up to a wash about 100 yards wide.  You can see the Catalina mountain range in the distance.

No bobcat sightings, but Mommy did get some juicy white wing dove photos!
More tomorrow.

Happy Friday!

  7. Rumblemum is DROOLING at your pie... you can't get pumpkin pie out here, and the pumpkins here are not the orange ones like in North America so even home made isn't quite the same.

  27. Ok, we'll each have a piece of that pie. Then we wants to play in that wash. Our Mumsy told us that when she was a little girl there used to be one at her Uncle's house kinda near Window Rock. And she loved to play there. We don't know about washings being fun, and we really aren't sure about windows in a rock...we worry a lot about Mumsy sometimes...but we do love to play!

You guys all have a happy!
