Kitties!
shhhhhhh....we're watching BIRDIES!
Mister Cat Chow Pigeon is here for a drink and a snack!
Daddy tosses out the old kibble Henry doesn't finish onto the concrete for the pigeons.
This is how Mister Tasty Snack Pigeon looks to us through the screen.
::dribble::
Missus Pigeon is really foolhardy brave.
She hops up and investigates Henry's Hut for kibble crumbs.
We wonder if brave pigeons taste BETTER than regular ones.
Not that we've ever tasted any sort of pigeon.
Yet.
Something to ponder on a lazy afternoon...
Happy Sunday!

Have a wonderful Sunday

ReplyDeleteHaHaMeow...this was like reading the Sunday Comics...we laffed and laffed! We don't know about pigeons, but we hear brave doves are tasty!
ReplyDeleteJohnny & Salem, your ability to "act" relaxed deserves a Pawscer!
ReplyDeleteLooking very comfy, Johnny and Salem! What a nice thought to ponder over the weekend.
ReplyDeleteWow - pigeons!! Vicki calls them flying rats so they must be good!
ReplyDeleteSo tell me... is Bird TV more fun to watch when you are lying on your back?
ReplyDeleteBuddy Bear says: My brofur Rowdy loves to watch bird TV downsideupperds. I just gotta see things the rightsideuppers. Rest of the clowder agree. Rowdy is not quite right upstairs.
ReplyDeleteLookin good all you happy purrballs.
That is something to ponder. I shall have to go bathe, get comfortable and meditate on that question...
ReplyDeletePijins eat kibble!!! Wow, we gotta toss some out on the deck! Specially when we are hidin aroun the planter boxes... We woud LOVE pijin dinner! Ayla git one once an she said it was about the besetest taste she ever got. We are both so jealous!!!
ReplyDeleteAll right, I'm gonna let the Human handle this comment. Take it away, Human:
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha ha! In all my MANY years, I have NEVER seen a less-likely group of "hunters"! I mean, are you kids even AWAKE???? I don't think those pigeons, brave or cowardly, have a.single.thing. to be concerned about.
In fact, I think they could just walk right into the Catio and administer a few good pecks and STILL escape unscathed!
*************
Okay, Spitty here: Sorry guys, I gotta say that for once, I 'greez wif my Human, MOL!!!
Wethinks your humans should let you outside as with your stealth hunting style, you'd catch loads of pigeons. In fact when they come close to collect fur for their nests from Johnny's tummy, you could catch them without even turning over. You guys are just so chilled, it's untrue!
ReplyDeleteWe wonder if pidjun tastes like chick-hen...after all, dey is both fev-vers.
ReplyDeleteLOL!! Me and Charlie can so understand how pondering pigeons could be such exhausting hard work!! Yay!!
ReplyDeleteTake care
x
Mmmmmmm! Pidgin pie. Yummy!
ReplyDeletelove Austin >^,,^<
That pidgey looks tasty to us kitties! lucky for that pidgey that he is beyond your reaches! Shame!!
ReplyDeleteWe only have wood pigeons around here (and some doves) but they seldom come that close! But Bibi is very busy at the moment with Lizard TV!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
He He He . . . you guys make me smile! Johnson looks totally wiped out by the excitement of Mr & Missus Pigeon stopping by to visit.
ReplyDeleteIm here in front of the computer with a cup of tea and some free time to catch up on my blog reading so Im heading back to read all the '10 facts' posts that I missed!
Have a great Sunday guys !!
You kitties don't look like you're very much on the alert for that pigeon! MOL!
ReplyDeleteLook alive! There is a real live birdie just waiting to get deaded! They prolly taste like chick-hen, too. Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeletePee Ess - this photo made the mom laff.
How cool! We don't have any pigeons here, but we've got lots of doves! Enjoy your easy everyone!
ReplyDeleteWE have to agree with Spitty. A couple of you Lounge kitties look a little sleepy to be watching Pigeons. Guess you know there isn't a chance in you know where, that you be able to get that pigeon for breakfast. Hope all have a great day.
ReplyDeleteThat is some real relaxing and pondering going on there!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!!
~ The Bunch
You all look way too comfy for pigeon hunting.
ReplyDeleteWe get to watch those Fat Birds too and noting makes us chatter like they do. Ahhh, the bird channel is one of the best on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

ReplyDeletePurrs and headbutts,
Sabrina, Sam and Simon
Birdie Nom Nom :)
ReplyDeleteMy that is quite the relaing way to watch the pidgeon show.
ReplyDeleteYou'd think those birdies would take one look at all that belly floof and just walk right into your mouth!
ReplyDeletewe like the belly up shots too. someone is being lazy - and not watching the birds like they should be.
ReplyDeleteAnd we think brave birds would taste JUST as good as regular kind. Maybe a bit tougher- like a jerky. But everyone likes jerky right?
Us kitties are eyeing the pigeons....and our mama is eyeing those glorious tummies!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday and much love to all of you.
you guys sprawled out cracked my mommy up! Rupert, the door is unlocked...
ReplyDeleteI heard the taste like chicken. Or frog.

ReplyDeleteHahaha! Dear friends, here we only can to see birdies and pigenos... but our dream is get one to ea... ops, to play with her!!!!
ReplyDeleteKisses!

Madi
The pigeons are so silly sometimes and I bet they would taste real good. Missed you all while mum was away. Hugs GJ x
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you kitties are dreaming of pigeon pie this afternoon. ;)
ReplyDeletexo Catherine
Mol at Johnny and Salem! um, do you think you two could be a little more relaxed as you watch your snack..er... the pigeon? We'll keep our paws crossed for all of you that one of these days the Mr or Mrs Pigeon will get within pawswipe of your catio.
ReplyDeletePip, Smidgen, Minnie, and Hollie
Pisi and Squeak really dig your outside room! But as it is, they're having a very lazy day up in the third floor room! Hope you have a good Monday!
ReplyDeleteYou are all so nonchalant watching those pigeons outside your window! Especially Salem and Johnny in their upside down relaxed poses -- too funny!
ReplyDeleteI can just hear them thinking (about the pigeons) -- "Get in mah bellah"!
We don't know if Mr. and Mrs. Pigeon are brave, lucky or just plain stupid!
ReplyDeleteWow Salem and Johnny! We like your style. You pretend to be so relaxed that Mr. Pigeon thinks you are not interested and comes closer.
ReplyDeleteOoh those birds do look tasty, I mean friendly!
ReplyDeleteNubbin wiggles,
Oskar
You kitteez make me laugh out loud. How are you going to catch a pigeon LYING AROUND ON YOUR BACKS?! :)
