Thursday in the Garden--First Harvest!

Kitties!

Gardens are wonderful things--you get flowers to admire and smell, fruits and veggies to eat, herbs for flavor and "herbs" for recreation--which is what we Cats are most interested in.

So after the planting, the fertilizing, the watering, and the waiting...
(Thanks, Daddy!)

WE HAVE NIP!
Daddy harvested a whole bunch for us.

May Ling enjoyed some on the bench...

...while Rupert partook on the shelving unit.

We all had quite a nip party!  It was FANTABULOSO!

Afterwards, there was much nappage.  CC crashed under the blue shelves.

Sweet Pea fell over on the Red Line,

and Mommy's bed was infested with Cats.
And here's the best part:  there's a TON of nip left!  C'mon over and dive in, eat as much as you want...we can always send Daddy out to cut us some more.  That's right, there's MORE out there.
 Kitties, it's the bomb.

    This is just disgraceful! I am appalled at the irresponsible touting of illicit substances in a venue where the under-20 week set is likely to be reading! I beg you: Think of the kittens!

    I hate to do it, but I might have to call the Purrlice & rat you out.

    My flower-child-of-the-60s la-la-la Human is really embarrassed that I'm such a narc, but someone has to be the voice of sanity here.

    O-M-C! That is more Nip then we have ever seen in one place an we GROW the stuff!

    We are on our way over right now ta help properly use the excess... An iffen we show up in coats with BIG pockets, it is jus a coincidence, dont mind that a bit. It is jus fer carryin um, um, SAND, Yeah, we wanna take some of yer sand home with us!!! For... the garden, yeah. Our garden is too clayey an we need some sand. Dont bother to check our pockets as we leave, its just sand.

    We aren't enthusiastic about nip but then again, Mummy gets the dried, packed ones that flew all the way from US to Asia...maybe we'll feel differently with fresh nip. Hmm...think we'll see if we can convince Mummy to get us tickets to visit you!

    OMC, look at all that nip! Wow! Our little nip plant is getting choked out by an ivy, because some dumb-dumb with thumbs planted it too close. She claims she didn't realize how well the ivy would take off. Huh. We're definitely teleporting over for some your leftover nip!
