Whitester Wednesday, and Some News!

Kities!

It's me, The Baby!
Daddy had the ladder set up inside the Catio, and you all know how much I love ladders.
hee hee hee!

I was up to the top in a SECOND. 
Those tubs of water at the bottom?  They're for rain collection--we had some rain the other day--HURRAH!

Gee, I'd like to get over to the shelving unit... 
But that's sorta a looooong way.  And I'm kinda waaaaaaay up.

Time for an alternative route; I'll use the Green Line!

There.  Safe and sound.

Just where I need to be to make The Announcement: 
Kitties, we are having company! 
 Daddy's daughter Ashley is coming to visit for a week from North Carolina!  Mommy and Ash secretly planned it as a surprise for Daddy--he was so happy when he found out.

But, (and isn't there ALWAYS a "but") this means we won't be posting for the next ten days or so, we're gonna be busy getting extra pets and treats and luvvins!  Don't worry...we'll see you on the 29th, unless Mommy can find a spare minute and dash off a quick post for us in the meanwhile. 

We love ya'll and we'll be lurking...see you soon!

    And we hope the roof leaks can be fixed easily and quickly. After all the catio is the most important room in the house!

    You would not BELIEVE what has become of MY placemat.

    The Human decided a few months back that she was TIRED of having to WASH it (oh yeah, like it was SO MUCH TROUBLE to throw it in with the rest of the wash!) so she stopped putting it on my tray.

    I whined and complained as much as I could (and that's a LOT) but she was deaf to my pleas.

    Then just last week, she TOOK it to SCHOOL and put it atop a 2-drawer file cabinet with a vase of flowers sitting on it.

    Can you IMAGINE? It's an OUTRAGE that's what it is.
