Kitties!
*meow*
The Baby, a.k.a. Bibbles, here with the Late Spring Garden report.
As you can see, I'm sorta busy, so I'm allowing Mommy to do the tour.
Take it away, Mommy!
Thanks, Grizz*.
Let's just do a walk-around, shall we?
The front yard from the driveway.
And from the street.
Standing by the side of the house--you can make out the park restroom building in the upper right if you biggify the photo.
Mr. Crazypants took the plumbago out of the planters (it wasn't doing well) and replaced it with white jasmine which is growing like gangbusters.
The north side of the house, which looks a little bare right now. The butterfly bushes and lantana will fill it in soon!
Finally, the back yard...the orange tree (on the far right) has approximately elebenty-four blossoms and smells divine.

The Baby, you sure did a good job of delegating the tour to the Mommy! And she did a terrific job of showing us around. :)
ReplyDeleteGotta love a yard with no grass to mow! It's all looking lovely! And I love the (I assume) Caution Fat Cat sign on the wall! MOL
ReplyDeleteYay Baby...great tour with you and Mom! Thanks, and your garden is lovely...love the orange tree...reminds me of living in Florida. Kitty, XO
ReplyDeleteYou put us to shame. Your "yard" is terrific and very well thought out. It looks so exotic to us Limeys! We get a little man to come and do our pocket handkerchief garden!
ReplyDeleteWe tried growing plumago also, but I think this area of Texas was not warm enough.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely. It seems so peaceful and welcoming. Glad Mom could take over the tour. We wouldn't want to interrupt that very important nap. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
ReplyDeleteThis is fab! We especially like your palm trees and the cat sign, natch!
ReplyDeleteWe love those big fat palm trees. We wonder if they would be fun to climb.
ReplyDeleteyou kitties, all 13 of you are doing a great job in keeping the garden beautiful. and so clean. can you all come over and clean ours? ours is a mess. the humans are pathetic, they cannot beautify our backyard.
ReplyDeleteemma and buster
Whoa! You're growing rocks and mulch! We did that too. TW used to have white jasmine on her trellis. It smells divine.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful garden! The human loves it very much!
ReplyDeletePurrs
I'm really disappointed you weren't out there getting all FD for me.
ReplyDeleteyour archway is gorgeous....it is my Mom's favorite.
ReplyDeleteWhere do you find the time to keep your garden looking so beautiful?
scoot over, Teh Baby, cuz I'll take a nap wif you while Mrs. Whatsername oogles your yard, gushing over all the loveliness you guys has everywhere. She says the design and layout it is most impressive and she should know, spending a good deal of time in teh dirts as she does...I have to say that I am way impressed by teh giant pineapples stuck in your front yard. they are big enough to house SpongeBob, I fink. hope you all have fun out there and are keeping cool!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous given that it's snowing and ice-pelleting right now. I've given up on spring.
ReplyDeleteYour garden is lovely!
sigh...it looks so lovely and warm there...could you spare a cup of sunshine for Banjo and I...?? please?
ReplyDeletexo Catherine
We just got 8 inches of snow dumped on us and the first two weeks of March we spent in Phoenix is a long gone memory...seriously, like we weren't even there! Your pictures bring back memories of it though!
ReplyDeleteStarting with the first storm of the season, it has been winter here for SIX months!
