Happy Birthday to Sheeb!


Friends and Kitties!

Sheebie here...and it's my Birthday--HURRAH!!!

Today I turn 51.
Pretty amazing!
Thanks, Mom and Dad.  I think you two did a great job with me.

Scott bought me a fabulously decadent Double-Fudge Chocolate cake, and I received some lovely cards (and phone calls, too).
Thank you, Aunt Shary and Uncle Mike for the lovely gift--I coincidentally got the new Athleta catalogue in the mail today and there's a pair of yoga pants in there with my name on 'em!

The Kats got me a new Dyson!  The better to tidy up their litter crumbs and fur...I gave it a whirl right away and boy, does this thing suck.  Yes.  I vacuum on my birthday.  Don't judge.

My daughter Ashley sent me two fabulous ThirtyOne bags...a tote that's perfect for holding my crocheting and a much-needed insulated lunch bag that has a nice BIG bottom.  I'm a fool for bags...

I'm going out for lunch with our neighbor Gisela (Salem and May Ling's BFF) at the new Chinese restaurant and Scott's grilling pork chops for dinner, and of course more cake will be consumed. 
And I may indulge in one of these, too!

    Sounds like you're going to need to do a spot of walking after all these lovely foods.
    Happy Birthday and I know you'll love the Dyson. Ours needed emptying twice when we first got it, shows how much the old one wasn't picking up, and all because of the love of the furry one's. ha ha.
