Kitties!
Sweet Pea here, and Rupert, too!
We have always been big washing and wrasslin' pals (we wake Mommy up when we rumble on the bed) but we've never been regular snugglers--until lately, when we decided that it was nice and cozy to share the box-top bed in the garden window. It's become a regular thing.
Of course, Mommy made a short movie. And narrated it. Sorry about that...
(or see it HERE on YouTube)
The best bit is at the 50 second mark...
Happy Monday!

So cute!!! Our Mom talks to us like that too!!!

Aw - aren't you a cute combo! So cozy. So irritated to be woken!
ReplyDeleteHuman, You are not welcome here. Go away.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment there, Sweet Pea, I thought you were eating Rupert's head!
ReplyDeleteAwww, you two are very cute.
ReplyDeleteI once had a grey kitty and a white kitty
No no, I disagree, the best bit is at the 58 second mark when Miss Pea gives her mommy the big ol' stink eye look! I bet that's why she ended it there! hee hee
ReplyDeleteAbsolutly adorable though, you two! And I love love love those magnificant toe hawks!
You guys are movie stars!
ReplyDeleteThe only kitties who actually snuggle with each other here are Meow-Me, Coco and Felix. Effuryone else prefers some space between each other. ;)
ReplyDeleteBudge up Rupert! Don't move Sweet Pea, I am on my way to join you.
ReplyDeleteThe two of you are so cute together in that box... and a box up high is even better than a regular box!
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness! That pulled at my heartstrings... It reminds me of Whitey and Gandalf.
ReplyDelete*sniff sniff*
Sweetpea's stinkeye says it all!

You two were so cute, my head almost exploded watching! Ooh baby!
ReplyDeleteRupert's sweet head on Sweet Pea's arm was adorable and seeing them together with the added bonus of toe floofs...ah....heavenly.
ReplyDeleteit's too bad you'll have to wait a whole year to be eligible for the golden globes award for cuteness.
ReplyDeleteVery cool movie! Tell your mom the whitesters are up on the blog today. Happy Rubber Ducky Day!
ReplyDeleteCats of wildcat woods
We all had fun watching that one!
ReplyDeleteScout came running when he heard the mommy voice. Sheesh, like he thought there would be a mommy with a treat standing around....any mommy! -Shaggy
ReplyDeleteYou do look rather long-suffering as you're listening to the commentary!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
So sweet! We think all Moms talk like that. We love it when ours does.

ReplyDeleteAin't nothing like a warm buddy to share a bed wif!
ReplyDeleteYou two are adorable! Our mommy talks to us like that too so we know that stink eye doesn't work Sweet Pea but nice try!
ReplyDeleteAww Rupert, you lucky guy!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for all your help :)
Awwwwww........
ReplyDeleteAwesome toehawks Sweet pea!
They made me feel all sleepy watching them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing out the toe floof.
Aw, so sweet. 'Specially when you licked Rupert's head, Sweet Pea. Of course, you had to give him a little bitey. :)
ReplyDeleteSweet Pea you really wanted to put the bitey on Mommy didn't you!! The stink eye said it all!! ;)
ReplyDeleteHmmm... looks to me like you've become VERY GOOD at the cuddlin' and snugglin'. Have to admit, I do a little of that, myself.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Nissy
Awww sooo cute you two are <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Adorable! But moms always have to interrupt our naps. To tell us how cute we are when we sleep.
ReplyDeleteThey obviously are lamenting an abridged version of the running commentary...or maybe that is why they feel united?!! Teeheeehee. Our Ma'am talks like that too! Sheesh! Thanks for the well wishes for Leo!

ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
That's what we call "lickin' a spot to bite..."
ReplyDelete;)
Very sweet how they hang out together like that.
Around here cuddling is necessary to stay warm!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snuggles Sweet Pea & Rupert!
Sasha, Sami, & Saku
Tillie and JJ used to do that and JJ always washed Tillie's head :)
ReplyDeleteYou two are too cute ;)

What a cute couple, but from the look on Miss Pea's face, we'd say three's a crowd. At least they looked at the camera, the kitties here don't do that any more, no matter how much the mom tells them it's better to look and get it over with.
ReplyDeleteNo doubt about it!Sweet Pea gave you the hairy eye-ball.
ReplyDeleteSo precious, but it made Mommy a little bid sad. It reminded her so much of our two angels: madison who was all white and always took care of Louise (all grey). Hope you two retain your new found enjoyment of snuggling together. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteDunno. Looked like biting to me. Actually, I kept waiting for you to bite the narrator when she got close.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo series, and very lucky kitties to have the container to clean up. We have never had silver vine, but we hope to some day. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteAwww, that is just so sweet. You two are just adorable in the bed all snuggled together. Hugs and nose kisses
