Kitties!
Johnny here.
So, there I was, sound asleep in my box, the wind gently whiffing through my furs, when Mommy saw me.
I was doomed.

It's a good thing I love my Mommy...
And check out my tongue at 00:50--I've got a freckle too!
Happy Monday!
XX Long-Suffering TJ XX
Well, at LEAST she gave you some nice scritches, Johnny. It's the least she could do for waking you up! :)
ReplyDeleteHow COULD she wake you up like that? Bad mommy. BAD, bad, bad mommy. And hey, dude- I think you need a bigger box!
ReplyDelete"Were you having a sleep?"
ReplyDeleteSee, that right there is what disproves the saying "There's no such thing as a stupid question," because CLEARLY there is.
At least it was a gentle scritch, and hopefully she then left you to resume your slumbers.
ReplyDeleteWe had to laugh at your Mom's comment yesterday about Äiti. Sprite, she ain't! Hehehehehe. But we LOVE the tie dye.
If my momma wakes me up, dere better be food involved.
ReplyDeleteHow could she wake you up like that, bad Mummy. :) Hope you got back to your nap.
ReplyDeleteTJ, that box is the best. Gnawed, bent, furred, and now it has you in it.
ReplyDeleteJust have the man in brown shorts send it to Oklahoma.
K?
Is there an award for most tolerant cat? We nominate Tiny! The box should win a prize too. We won't be blogging much before heading to BarkWorld/MewoWorld but please send extra purrs to my abandoned boys.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder Binga does not feel bad about waking up the humans in the morning! I think she is doing it for all catkind.
ReplyDeleteHow could she wake you up ? Even if you get some nice scritches, waking up the kitty is strictly forbidden ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteNo respect for a good nap in a better box!
ReplyDeleteJohnny I think you should demand a box upgrade!!
ReplyDeleteJohnny, that box is pretty well worn out...it's no longer square. Time for a new one, methinks!
ReplyDeleteThose were some nice skritches, TJ. I am amazed you fit in that box!
ReplyDeleteWe're impressed with how compactly you fit in there. And appalled at how your mom, like ours, just won't leave us be when we are peacefully sleeping.
ReplyDeleteNow that's a wonderfully broken in box!
ReplyDeleteLife is hard.
ReplyDeleteAwww... And you were havin' such a nice nap, too. Got some good scritches in, though. THAT'S always a good thing. I love my chin scritches, too.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Nissy
We love the freckle! And the squinty look at the end that says, "Um, you'll be leaving now, right??" Purrs...
ReplyDeleteJack wants to know how on earth you could not get up and rub your nose all over that camera
ReplyDeleteWhat is it about Moms sometimes? Why can't they leave us alone? I Guess we're just too cute!

ReplyDeleteI miaow like meowmeowmans that at LEAST she gave you some nice scritches , Johnny :)
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Did you your mommy say you were 'seepin' and you should go back to 'seep'? If she did, that's what OUR mommy says and my daddy thinks she's nuts so she's going to show her and prove that she's not nuts! If she didn't, okay, maybe she's a little nuts. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Johnny, you are SO cute, we don't blame Mommy for not being able to resist giving you some luvvins.
ReplyDeleteYou look so comfy and cute in that box, Johnny. No wonder your mommy couldn't resist you.
ReplyDeleteShe disturbed your lovely nap for the sake of her moovie. Not good.
ReplyDeleteOh Johnny! You need to be more sympathetic...just think! You give Mommy something to do with her hands and her mind! And ...you can further support her efforts by waking her up in the middle of the night in case she needs you then...it's called payback..um....total commitment to her needs and to her utmost happiness! :p
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo
Well you know if Arty was here she would want to molest you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the purrthday wishes. Sorry, Salem got a tock wash!

Can't a guy just nap...in his box? Sheesh.
ReplyDeleteYou're just irresistible and your mom couldn't contain her need for a snuggle. I wonder if she could get some help for that problem.

She did give the pet so she gets a point. It looked like you never really even came too or am I just meowing out my fur?
ReplyDeleteWe can't believe your mom woke you up and then had the nerve to ask: "Were your sleeping?" Well...duh! We did get to see your freckle, however. Cool! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
