Kitties!
CC here.
I love to skooch beneath the foundation of the Apartment Building and hang out.
I'm the only kitty who does this, so it's a nice and peaceful place to hang out. Plus, there's usually some tasty dried-up leaves under here to snack on. I adore eating dried leaves--better than fresh! (Mommy says I may have fallen on my head one too many times as a kitten...)
The only downside to my Secret Lair is the abysmal housekeeping--just look at those cobwebs!
Although I hear they're pretty tasty too--any takers?
Happy Caturday!

It's nice to have a special place to hide out.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a very special place! How were the spider webs?

That is a cool place to hang out. You can see everyone but no one sees you except for your mommy of course.
ReplyDeleteI bet the cobwebs are sticky, like cotton candy. Go ahead.. give it a taste, hee hee
ReplyDeleteDat secret lair looks cool!
ReplyDeleteWe like cobwebs and the spiders that make them. Our Mommy isn't too keen on them, though...
ReplyDeleteEwww - I wouldn't want to go under there! I guess I'm girly like that.
ReplyDeleteNo! no! no! I don't like cobwebs. If I touch one in the field I back away in a panic. They scare me. Eric used to barge right through them, and if he went nosing in the hay barn, he would come out with his head covered in them. *shudder*
ReplyDeleteI like dried leaves though. They make crackly noises and are good to play with.
Happy Caturday.
ReplyDeleteI agree, that is a cool place to scurry off to fur a while!
ReplyDeleteWe love special quiet places like that to get away from everyone. No one bothers you under there. None of us actually eat cobwebs. You all have a great day.
ReplyDeleteTheo is a dried leaf muncher too. And we all know his elevator doesn't go to the top floor.
ReplyDeleteIf you are the only one who ever goes there, then it really IS a special place. Yes, the housekeeping could be better……..
ReplyDeleteSpiders make those cobwebs. Bet they would make a wonderful snack!
ReplyDeleteCC I bet you've found some very interesting things underneath that great spot.
ReplyDeleteCC, I LOVE to eat cobwebs! I'll be right over to help you clean up, k?

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure it's a good idea to eat cobwebs, even though some say they are like cotton candy :-)
That looks like a pretty good hiding spot, CC. We're glad no other kitties want to hang out there.

*from Katie - I think we know who was dropped one too many times on his head as a kitten. And it wasn't you, CC.*
Ewwww! That looks like under the porch in my peeps old house, at least that’s what I’ve heard.
ReplyDeleteDried leaves- now I have heard it all :)
ReplyDeleteWe think we'd pass on the cobwebs and ask for a treat special delivery! MOL. Ho, Ho, ho, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteGreat hidey place. Maybe the cobwebs help keep other kitties out!
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome hiding place! You must have the best view from there! But leaves? Any mice around? Happy Cat Family
