Kitties!
May Ling here.
Since today's date is 03-14-15, lots of sciencey nerdy types (like our Mommy) are calling it π day!
The big celebration will happen (for the nerds) at 9:26:53...taking π out to nine decimal places in the fourth dimension, time!*
Since I am a Cat and care nothing for time or mathematics--other than when and how much food will be served (and how much of it I can eat)--I decided to send a little video to my Sweetie π, the handsome Finnish Goliath, Mirsku.
***WARNING***
The following video may not be suitable for younger kittehs; it contains brief scenes of violence and stringacidal behavior.
Also, the lighting was bad. Our floor is not red!

Happy π Day!
XX Mathematical May Ling XX
*of which some humans have too much of on their hands...
May Ling, you are a fierce string killer! BTW, my human wants some pie for pi day! She cares more about dessert than math!
ReplyDeleteWe have FINALLY shifted Mirsku off the computer....... he is now saying he wants to see this video on continual loop on the tv but we think he won't cope. he's already overheating in oh so many ways. His sweetie pi has certainly made his day. And we kind of like the video too......... We recognise the string - but where's the fishie????
ReplyDeletePoor Aiti! We bet Mirsku will monopolize the computer for days on end!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pi Day!
Da mommas wuz talkin bout key lime pie for Pie Day - sounds good to me!
ReplyDeleteI am sure Mirsku will love the video. Enjoy your weekend kitties.
ReplyDeleteYou lost me with the math, but got me back with the video. lol

That was some good string killing May Ling.
ReplyDeleteI am disappointed now. Mum was telling me it was π day this morning and I thought she meant she was going to cook something tasty.
Pi is a constant concern!
ReplyDeleteI think that for kitties, pi equals to the ideal amount of food in one's bowl :)
ReplyDeletePie is tasty.
ReplyDeleteI am wanting Pi(e) now!! OH and string for some reasons???
ReplyDeleteWhat a provocative video valentine for your Finnish mountain of love! Although we are sure he would have appreciated a glimpse of your magnificent tummy too.
ReplyDeleteWow way to go May Ling!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pi Day to your Mommie!
That was some good string killing, May Ling ! Mum was slow to realize it was Pi Day because for us it is 14.3.15, not 3.14.15. Purrs
ReplyDeleteOooooooh! I've just got it!!! Thank you Swiss Cats!!It's all to do with your date!! Duh!!! Here pi is 14.3. No wonder there are so many cultural differences when we can't even agree on the date order MOL
ReplyDeleteNow we want some real pie...not the mathematical kind.
ReplyDeleteGreat work with the string May Ling. Mirsku must be a puddle of mush after watching that.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Pi day efurryone!
Sasha, Sami, & Saku
I am glad I am not that string :)
ReplyDeleteMay Ling, so sorry your crazy human keeps attacking you with that string. How awful, making you need to defend yourself like that. Seems super-cruel to do such a thing on pi-day. Crazy human you have, that floor sure looks red to me. She probably thinks the dress is orange and blue, crazy I say, crazy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute video. You are very adorable and agile and we know your sweetie will love seeing you. Please join us for our Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. XOCK. Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
