Seeing how today (January 31) is my birthday--how the hell did I get to be 53?--I thought it was only appropriate to express my feelings on ageing in a Squatting Selfie:

Scott and I were out for a walk this past week and you all know how I am about signs and disobedience, I couldn't pass this one up.  Also, I was all ready to climb the fence but there were too many cars going by.  Next time...
