Kitties!
Mommy washed the table cloth; she was mumbling something about "covered in cat fur"...have you ever heard such nonsense?
When it was clean and dried she whooshed it across the table and a small impediment appeared!
It was Sylvester, purrformimg under cover assignments.
Then Bibs (Mommy, don't call me that in front of my pals!) showed up to inspect the topside...
...to be continued...
Happy Wednesday!

Hmmm, a kitty underneath, and a kitty topside? Could there be some tussling, like, soon???
ReplyDeleteUh-oh, was there some disturbance of the tablecloth monster involved?
ReplyDeleteCovered in cat fur is no reason to wash something.

ReplyDeleteRight now, I have vintage postcards sorted in plastic bins spread out on my round dining room table. I try to keep the cats off, but we always have one laying on top of things. I put another vinyl tablecloth over everything and threw a shirt-sized box on top of that (filled with ephemera)in hopes that would keep everyone off. Of course not! Usually, after some pushing and getting comfortable in place, something is off the table. He even tries to climb UNDER the vinyl tablecloth to hide and sleep without his 8 furblings bothering him. The vinyl on top keeps my collections free of hair and catpuke and whatever else might fall that way (litter, etc.). Should I pick up my mess and put it away, leaving a nice flat tabletop for the little darlings to sleep on? Nahhhh :) My local spectre helps keep things in place as well, spooking them off before anything REALLY bad happens. Thank goodness for Mr. Kibbe (Trish you know what I'm talking about here!) keeping things in line.
ReplyDeleteMore of the story soon please...
ReplyDeleteSylvester is gonna get jumped on, no doubt!
ReplyDeleteour house is 90 percent cat hair. I'm afraid is I clean it the walls will tumble down.
ReplyDeleteYour real problem? only one box on that there table ;)
ReplyDeleteto be continued? Aww come on, we want to see who's gonna get smacked through the table cloth!
ReplyDeleteI see a pounce brewing!
ReplyDeleteSooooooo....it's just full of cat fur again, right?
ReplyDeleteWe hope you all don't waste a minute furring that tablecloth up again.
ReplyDeleteYou poor kitties, you gave up so much fur already and now you have to do it again.
