Kitties!
Maui here, lazing around on the roof of the Apartment Complex.
The peeps moved the Complex to the other side of the Catio a few weeks ago so we could take advantage of the sunbeams as it gets cooler outside.
There was one small difficulty, however.
The back of the apartments had walls.
FAIL.
Fortunately Daddy got a clue discerned the problem...
...and he took them off!
He also strategically placed a variety of soft beddies for us to select from.
Sweet Pea especially likes the new one he got at Wally World, she enjoys being purrfectly catmoflaged by the sheepy fleece.
I don't care what they say, Daddy's all right.
There's plenty of room...any kitty want to join us?
Happy Wednesday!

Note from Mommy: Thanks everyone for your suggestions a few weeks back re: Maui's barfing. Just like taking your car to the mechanic, the minute we asked about it he stopped! Allergy season is over, which we think was the trigger. We shall see what happens next spring...
Your Daddy is ace. We want him to visit here. ANd he could sneak May Ling over too and make Mirsku very happy........
ReplyDeleteThat Daddy is good people
ReplyDeleteSounds like we could use your Daddy over here, too! Lucky kittehz. Tell Mom that we read - I, Zombie. It really made the Mommy take a look at herself. Great read!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to know which apartment has May Ling moved into, so I can move in with her!
ReplyDeleteLuv,
Pasha ♥

Me! Me! Me! I think that fleece beddy looks cat-tastic. Shame it's not pink, though.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear about the moratorium on barfing, that's a good thing for everyone! Enjoy those sunbeams!
ReplyDeleteThat is some fantastic apartment building. I wouldn't mind taking a snooze in there. Sans other cats, of course.
ReplyDeleteYou guys have the life
ReplyDeleteI wish I had a human here who was as handy as yours!

Sweet Pea, that is the most purrfect bed for you. That Daddy sounds like he is all right. That will be nice to get that sun in the winter. Take care.

xxxxxxx
You guys have an amazing dad!
ReplyDeletevery nice digs =)
ReplyDeletethat daddy of yours is pretty smart!
ReplyDeleteI am very jealous of your Catio. I have tried to throw hints to Mommie, but so far all that has gotten me was a stroller in sit on the patio in!
ReplyDeleteYou definitely have a GREAT Daddy!
ReplyDeleteIt is so cool that your people move the catio around to chase the sunbeams for you.
ReplyDeleteOne of the reasons we moved was because Meowm wanted subeams for us. She hates what they do to her electric bill in the Summer, but she will be thankful for them this Winter, and we are thankful for them all the time!
We didn't know about Maui's barfing since we were trying to figure out what to do about Anastasia's same problem..it must have been an allergy for her, too. As soon as Mom Julie removed the rug from the family room, had all her tushie fur groomed, went to the vet, changed her food and the stars were aligned just right, it stopped, too..whew!
ReplyDeleteWe just hope this isn't temporary.
Love Sweet Pea's sheepy fleece. We like sheep fur almost as much as our own :)
We wanna come over abd join you!! We wish to have fantastic catio like yous.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear Maui has not been barfing. Hopefully it will not come back next spring!
Maui... would it be OK if I came over to try out the new condo location? (furious blush...)

Sweet Maui, I'm glad you don't barf anymore. I do it when I don't chew my fuds. Your catio is the bestest. Mom and Dad sure are good to y'all moving the catio to catch the sunbeams. Sweet Pea,you blend right in with your pretty beddie.
ReplyDeletexoxo Kassey
We need to borrow that daddy of yours. :)
ReplyDeleteYAY!! So glad the area around Maui is now a "barf-free" zone!
ReplyDeleteMommy said I was the queen of barf but since I changed fuds, I better. I still do it but not almost daily the way I was. xoxox
ReplyDeleteSweet Pea?? WHERE?
ReplyDeleteHaving extra sunpuddle time as it gets cooler is wonderful. I'm glad your dad is so smart that he figured out how to rearrange the furniture for you.
ReplyDeleteWell, looks like the catio re-do is a success...so happy everyone likes it..and Dad's totally ROCK!
ReplyDeleteYour daddy's pretty smart. You guys have a catio that totally ROCKS!

You kitties have great color sense! You with the lambie wool, Sylvester with the black & white checked bed. Your judgement is unerring! Now, about the plaid-is-a-neutral rents . . .
ReplyDeleteWe'd love to see what a designer would do for you! There's just so much to work with.
