Tuesday, Trimmed

Kitties!


Sweet Pea here, and I'm a little embarrassed.
Mommy was taking pictures of me the other day--you may remember seeing one similar to this photo--and I had to keep waving my tail to hide my recent, Daddy-induced depilation.

Unfortunately that darn Mommy just laid on the shutter and caught me in mid-twitch; just look at the state of my tail!  Part of my floof has been rudely hacked off.  In two places!
Daddy says I had something icky-sticky in it (resin from Cod knows where--ed) and he had to trim it, that goo wasn't going to come out any other way.

Balderdash! 
I could have removed it any time I wanted to...
...but I was saving it for something to do, later.

    Poor Sweet Pea - I used to have to do that to Neelix's tail - he would lay under some of our pine trees and get pitch in his fur. He didn't like it either. T.

    It is probably a good thing that gunk got cut out of your fur, Sweet Pea - it might have been something that could have made you sick if you tried to groom it out yourself.

    Sorry you had to have some of your floofs trimmed off, but dad did a half-way decent job. Hopefully it grows back quickly so you're 110% floofy-beautiful again.
