Kitties!
Daddy tried to get me to pose with this picture.
I gave it a half-hearted attempt...
...but I just wasn't feeling the vibe.
I wanted to look for crunchy bugs, not pose with a picture.
However, Daddy persisted, so I beat feets behind the bushes.
After making him wait two minutes a good long time I caved and came out of the bushes.
I had decided his punishment.
See this?
PET ME!!!
Daddy was super-remorseful, I got a ton of scritchies!
Score.
Happy Thursday!
XX The Baby XX
Wethinks this should be 'in which Daddy refuse to cooperate but eventually gives in',
ReplyDeleteBut you did pose BEAUTIFULLY in the gravel with the pic!
ReplyDeleteThe tock shot was a real bonus, too.
Happy Thursday!
When you appear, The baby, I can only say, "What picture?"
ReplyDeleteWhen I gaze upon you, nuffing else exists.
she didn't refuse to cooperate, silly daddy missed the memo at the date and time for the photoshoot had been changed. Silly Daddy!
ReplyDeleteXoxo

A bootiful ladycat does not do as she's told. She tells others what to do.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job of not-posing!
ReplyDeleteWell, the Baby... at least you didn't pee on the picture.
ReplyDeleteYou didn't? Right?
Hee hee hee, what a shame.. Then again, if you'd cooperated with the picture I'd have wondered if you really were The Baby and not Ornj Copper in disguise!
ReplyDeletePosing is for peeps not puddies!!
ReplyDeleteYou can't make it too easy, or he'll take for granted that you'll pose on command!
ReplyDeleteThere's so much to do outside and Daddy wants you to pose? There are bugs to eat, Daddy!
ReplyDeleteGood job Baby getting those scritches. Also look at those great strawberries. Hope all of you have a super day.
ReplyDeletePlaying hard to get is much easier that posing!!!
ReplyDeleteexcellent self control in not peeing on the painting.
ReplyDeleteLOL, we can sure relate to this!
ReplyDeleteWell, at least he got the message!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
Doesn't your daddy know the cat code about posing? (Never, never, never!)
ReplyDeleteAwww Babycat that is a good picture of you. I know what you mean tho, when we cats feel like doing something else, we just do it.
ReplyDeleteBaby, are you part goat?
ReplyDeletegood try on both your parts ;)
ReplyDeleteWe agree with D-Ma about your self control in not peeing on the painting.
ReplyDeleteReally...how dare Daddy! Your beauty outshines any mere painted image and to ask you to pose with it is just rude.
Pee Ess....
ReplyDeleteWe have the story up now of how Zolie got her name. Stop by!

ReplyDeletegood job Baby - we don't have a daddy, but we have been told you have to keep them in line MOL
ReplyDeleteEven though you didn't want to pose with that painting, your dad certainly got some excellent photos of you. We love how sparkly your white furs look in the sun. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteYou sure made your dad move around that painting :)
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Next time tell him to make an appointment.
ReplyDeletePoor Daddy,
ReplyDeleteYour punishment for his feeble attempts at feline manipulation were quite severe. Ear scritches.
Phew.
Hope he learned his lesson!
Ugh. Poor Daddeh---and he tried so hard too. :(
ReplyDeleteThe humans hafta learn...us cats don't pose on command! Good going, The Baby.
ReplyDeleteI don't model on demand either.
