Kitties!
The Baby here.
I'm sporting the very latest trend in feline fashion today:
Pine needles!
In fact, this trend is SO new I only *just* invented it on my morning walk outside.
I cleverly attached the needles to one of my whiskers using some spider silk.
My accoutrement was quite durable and lasted for almost ten minutes in which time Mommy desperately tried to get some decent photos before it fell off. What do you think, kitties--could this be the next new "thing"--and what else might work?
Happy Monday!
XX Be-Baubled Bibbles XX
I don't know The Baby, the goats have been sporting pine needles in their furs for years.
ReplyDeletethe materials for such fashion can be difficult to come by in some areas. so as fancy looking as it is, we're afraid we're stuck to the classic spider webs :)
ReplyDeleteemma and buster
We have loads of pine needles here so they get into our furs a lot, but whisker danglers are a new one. We Perhaps we better not indulge as it will probably upset Seppo - no whiskers to hang them from for him!
ReplyDeleteLooks pawsome! What do you recommend for indoor kitties?
ReplyDeleteHmmm, we have no pine needles. We shall use dead bermuda grass instead. When the pawparazzi asks who we're wearing, we'll say "Bibbles"!
ReplyDeleteha, cute but pine resin is no crazy glue. Odin comes in from the garden using sporting something botanical or at least a dirty nose.
ReplyDeleteI think it is very stylish!
ReplyDeleteI love the fashion too !
ReplyDeleteBut man style goes for cobweb ;)
xox

ReplyDeleteYou really know how to accessorize! the other cats must be terribly jealous of your fashion sense.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! But exclusive.. we don't get out at all, so we will never be in the club. :(
ReplyDeleteYou are looking very stylish The Baby. I usually wear dried azalea leaves in my fur.
ReplyDeleteUr truly the heppest of the hep cats.
ReplyDeleteAll we indoor cats are LOVING those...do you have your own Etsy store?

Very stylish. We think it will become a trend.
ReplyDeleteThat is much better than the piercing idea!
ReplyDeleteThe Baby is stylin' for sure!
ReplyDeleteI think that could be quite the trend for kitties everywhere.
ReplyDeleteHow do you do it?? fashionista all the way
ReplyDeletePine needles are so purrrty but Charlie purrfurs the dust ball whisker jewelry!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, TB!! I always like to arrange some foliage about my furry person when I venture outside. It gives the Staff person some much needed exercise chasing me around the house just in case it's a centipede or something!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great fashion statement!
ReplyDeleteIt's very stylish, but could be hard to find for only indoor kitties ! Purrs
ReplyDeletethe baby...my stars. this is THE fashion idea of the century....I think it works quite well alone and you could make a mega fortune with this idea.....maybe the dad will let you sell necklaces and earrings and bracelets in his ETSY shop !!! hugs from dai$y ♥ =^..*=
ReplyDeletep.s. I will take an order for a bracelet please
Pine needles in the desert is quite the fashion statement!
ReplyDeleteBe-baubled, be-dazzled! Baby, you are the front runner for feline fashion..no one can dispute it!! :)
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo
You are truly cutting edge, The Baby!
ReplyDeleteDoes The Baby have an Etsy shop yet?
ReplyDeleteBeaded Tail has helped with a perfect name for your Store...exclusive Store..."Pine Needles in the Desert". Oh, I can hardly wait to order with you for a pair of, not just one, whisker dangles. Do you include spider web please? For adherent, you know.
ReplyDeletecat whisker extensions? The latest thing!
ReplyDeleteIt is very avant garde....perhaps if there was an actual spider to nibble on?
ReplyDeletesigned,
the kitty brats
Everything you do is tres chic, The Baby!
ReplyDeleteNot sure if it would catch on, but you are cute without any added extras. http://15andmeowing.com
ReplyDeleteVery cool, The Baby. Though we don't think those pine needles would look as good on us as they do on you.
ReplyDeleteWe think it would catch on rather quickly here in ChiTown!
ReplyDelete"Be-baubled Bibbles" must be used for the title of a book or something else as significant, a line of whisker jewelry purrhaps. It is just too terrific to die with this post. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteSpider silk is okay as long as no spiders come with it!
