  4. Well, strictly speaking, I don't remember because I was not around then, but the Human was and she remembers.

Also, MomKat, my Human pressed the "Place Order" key a few days ago so she should haf a new computer soon. I'll bet she still won't look at anything interesting, though.

  8. Purrs from Oz on this special day. Remembering all the nationalities who were lost, including our Aussies, mostly young people living the "dream" in the Big Apple.

  20. Life -- still flowering, no matter the adversity. Saguaro, bearing witness to life turned, returned, to dust in an instant. To the memories that still stand tall. Bittersweet.

  25. Sometimes photos say it so much better than words. These are stunning. Thought and purrs to the families, the loved ones, the First Responders, to those we didn't know. 2001 impacted us all some way, somehow.

  27. Very nice. Mom loves the desert pics. And the Saguaro cactus is her favorite. She didn't tour the Hoover Dam, but she did get to see it when she went to Lost Wages (Las Vegas) back in 2008. She took a day tour to the Grand Canyon and loved the scenery on the way.

And we will never forget either.
