ReplyDeleteDo you kitties like the natural foods? One of our local stores carries both of those brands be we haven't tried them. We all have been eating the Nine Lives Plus Urinary Tract formula except Fred. He gets Royal Canin food from the vet for his kidney issues.

ReplyDeleteI've had my guys on grain-free Nature's Variety for a couple years and everybody was healthy and good. A friend said how her cats LOVED Taste of the Wild and it was a little cheaper. I tried a bag and the gang also LOVED it and were losing a little weight, which was good. However, by the third bag, they're throwing up and shedding a lot, and three had UTI's and were peeing all over the house. So, three were on meds and everybody's back on the NV (which does have cranberries in it) and are doing better. It could just be a coincidence, but I'm not taking any chances. But, they sure did love the Taste of the Wild.
