Deb from Just Cats had a drawing on her blog (which I won) and she said she would be sending a "small gift"--something for The Horde to have fun with. Well, if this is a "small gift", I'd like to see what Deb considers a "regular" one, because this was amazing.

The kitties received temptations, pure bites chicken treats, and a treat ball to keep them entertained; I will try that out in the morning at the usual treat time...I'm gonna have fun watching the little buggers my sweet furbabies struggle enjoy themselves getting treats out of the ball. heh heh.

A while back I entered another of Deb's drawings for this fish dish, and didn't win...but LOOK! She sent us another one!
FDA approved, too. It doesn't get any better than that.

Deb has the Most Handsome Siamese Boy, Mr. Ed, a deaf, toothless 23-year old feline love bug. I have a terrible crush on him...if anything ever happens to Scott I want to marry Mr. Ed.
ANYWAY, he sent me this lovely Siamese tea cup to enjoy the tasty teas packed in the parcel! You are so thoughtful to remember that Earl Grey is my favorite...I already got my infuser pot out of the cupboard, ready for tomorrow morning.

Deb has the BEST job in the whole world. (Totally jealous...) She house-sits kitties in their own homes, and neither rain nor snow nor dark of night deters her from loving up her furry charges. She also feeds a feral colony, fosters kitties, and has six cats (plus a dog) at home.

Oh, and she has a "thing" for dishes...she has more dishes than I have Cats! And that's saying something.

ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome Trish & all the kitties. It was fun getting the package ready knowing it was going to 13 of my favorite cats. Do let me know how you like the treat ball as I have yet to spoil my bunch with one. Just to let you know, Mr. Ed is deaf, not blind. We adopted him from a shelter 3 years ago and he was stone deaf then. He sees fine and other than his gimpy leg from his injury last summer, he is doing well for 23. He sends his love... ReplyDeleteBooBoo has one of those treat balls! Same color and everything! He got too smart and learned how to get the treats out with minimal movement so I had to adjust it to make the holes smaller. Evil mommy. Enjoy! And for Cods sake Trish, feed that May Ling, she is all skin and bones! ;)
