Oh no--is she gonna steal ANOTHER day from you now? And it's CATURDAY, too! I mean, What's Salem doing? Or FDW? Or the other whitester? Where's May Ling? or Miss Bitey-Bitey? And KonaKitty would make this picture sooooooo much better!
Ohhh - fresh lemons - I've had fresh pineapple and fresh bananas (in Hawaii - they were both deliciouso) , but never fresh lemons - they must be divine! T.
Mom says that's a nice picture, but we think you Kitties of the Horde could have provided that woman some kind of picture with the theme.... Salem's "zesty" little legs for instance. Or show us some "zesty" hunting skills!
Spitty the Kitty cracks me up but I really like this picture. How wonderful to have a lemon tree! I love the mug and although I'm a coffee-in-the-morning gal, I love hot tea with lemon in the afternoons now that the weather is cooler.
I wanted to tell you something. My 78-year-old dad broke two of his ribs just days after Scott broke his. He's never done that before but I'm finding out that he falls all the time (sigh). My parents have been driving across county from California. They came out here to see us and then as they were driving back, they stayed in a motel with an apparently slippery bathtub. The next day he did a 3.5 mile hike and then was in even more pain the next two days. He went to the doctor for an x-ray to discover pretty much the same thing as Scott. Men!
I've read that lemons are good for using to scrub elbows and keep them from being dark or dry. Since you have so many, perhaps you can try it and see if it's true . . . Just cut one in half, get the juice out, then put the half rind on your elbow and swirl around! Repeat for other arm and feel tingling (I guess!).
Gin and fresh lemon. Staff! Garconnette! Fetch me a gin and fresh lemon toot de suite! [silence] Can't get good help around here. [silence] [grooms, disgustedly]

I am very jealous. Lemons are uber expensive up in these parts
