I have a bunch of things to tell you today...but hang on for just a second...I need to take care of something...can't have a fur outta place...

So...on behalf of the entire Katnip Lounge, I'd like to apologize for our Mommy's complete lack of commenting this past week; Monday at work gave her a mojo-ectomy--so much so that she took Tuesday off to make a three-day weekend. Which means we all got lots of attention, but our blog pals didn't.
*sigh*
Wednesday we did something really super exciting, though, and Mommy got tons of pictures for us to show you all next week--she shot over 400 photos, and some of them are even pretty good! I'll give you a hint: it's birdy-related...but that's all I'm gonna say.
Also, we've been reading that some of our friends are having problems uploading photos. Our advice is to ditch using IE as your browser and start using Google Chrome. You will NOT be sorry you switched! It's free, uploads in a couple of minutes, and it's designed to work with Blogger, Picasa, YouTube, Gmail, etc. Mommy loves using it, and she never has any problems.
Also also, we read that Styx, the new sister to Abby Normal and Stygia needs to have her ladygardenectomy, and her Mom (Ms. C) put up a Chip-In on their blog to help defray expenses. Please stop over to say hello to Styx, and make a donation if you can, every little bit helps.

It's wunnerful to see you Grayce! We hate to hear so many people havin so many problems uploading pics. We feel like we might be missin out on some great ones! Anxiously awaiting those birdy-related photos....
We hope your Mommy isn't starting up some stinky birdwatching like ours does - that is really bad news as it means abandonment. So hopefully these are local ie outside your catio, and perhaps also involves culinary advice. We hear squab is delicious.....
Grayce, were you kitties finally able to invite a pigeon into the catio? Thanks for the browser tip. We are here now from Firefox and we see that magical picture upload button again! hmmm...we get the feeling Johnson really wants to have his picture taken...

Purrsonally, wes likes FireFox and wes usess their email Thunderbird.
But Chrome is excellent too. IE - we has had noting but trouble since we went to windows 8! Mommy is NOT happy.

The tenacious Styx thanks you for mentioning her ladygardenectomy which is upcoming on the 22nd! Since she was a surprise rescue from the farm, it wasn't exactly in the budget but we like to do what is best for our kitties!

Can't wait to see the photos of the birdy related thing. At first I thought that top photo was a picture of a cat plate -- then I saw the second one, with a paw sticking out, and did a double take!

Was I scared....? Well--uh--maybe in the beginning! I still think you guys have the BEST house. *sigh*. And here at our house, Tommy uses Chrome--and she says she thinks it works well :)

We use FF and sometimes Chrome. Mum ditched IE a few years back and says it is the best thing she ever did.
Nah, Grayce...you didn't scare us...much! We've been using Chrome too. But sometimes the mom goes back to IE for ol' times sake. Haha!

We're right with you on Google Chrome. We got rid of IE AGES ago, we HATE IT.
IE is virus infested (as is Fire Fox)....
