Kitties!
Shadow here.
So, I was out patrolling with my Dad when a dove flew into my mouth!
Well, actually there was some stalking, leaping, and snatching the birdy out of the air involved while I almost went over the wall but the results were the same: I CAUGHT HIM!
And wouldn't you know it, after a mighty struggle he got away...but not before he lost a few million feathers...Mom and Dad picked TONS of 'em out of my claws when I went indoors.
It was EPIC.
Next time, I'll totally take that dove down.
***waiting***
Happy Friday!

The next dove won't be so lucky, I'm sure!

ReplyDeleteSilly boy! Going over the fence is not worth it! I hope next time the silly bird comes further into your mouth, I mean yard, so you don't have to almost go over the wall!
ReplyDeleteWell done Shadow! That will teach that bird to trespass on your property. Hold on tighter next time if he dares to come back.
ReplyDeleteWow - what a beautiful photo of dad and Shadow. The doves here are very safe. :)
ReplyDeleteThe dove obviously didn't read the 'Trespassers will be Deaded' sign.
