Monstrous Selfie

Kitties!

We have a Special Guest today to participate in the Cat on My Head's Sunday Selfie BlogHop...
A MONSTER!

A Gila Monster, that is.

He (She?  Nobody asked!) meandered though the Grandpawrent's back yard a few days ago and they were intrepid enough to "help" with some photos.  Those bricks are 14 inches (35 cm) long, to give you an idea of size.

Damn pawparazzi...I didn't want my photo done!  My scales are all dusty.
*grumble*

Um...apparently Monsters are rather vain!
Who knew?

Happy Sunday!

  2. Cor - the lizards Megs brought home over summer were bad enough* but that southern monster is enormous!

(*the little brown skinks were really quite sweet, only here they are an endangered species so I spent heaps of time rescuing them from my furry little feline monster)

Sending care and hugs and head scritches, and huge thanks for the postcard,

    Megs' human, Michelle

  3. That's no a George, that's a GODZILLA! Shadow sure has a lot of responsibility there, guarding her domain. Mucho impressed.
