NEWS FLASH:  The Mommy has an Unhealthy Obsession with us. 
Every chance she gets she fiddles with and fondles us!

Pads, paws, claws, nothing is sacred.
Drives us bananas.

Rupert:  Tell me about it--Mommy is so toe-centric that she can't even focus on what's truly important; my handsome mug!

That's better.
Now, get busy and pet this end for once--I have a little itch right behind my ear.

    I hear you, brother. My Mom takes her index finger and sticks it right down in the space between my toe pads and my "heel" pad. She seems to like the furries in there. And, as with you, I much prefer the pets and scratches to be about my head and ears.
