Kitties!
Remember Clyde?
He didn't forget us!
In fact, he came back from the dead to EAT OUR BRAINS!
He was turned into a Zombie by the great Voodoo Lizard Papa Sauria.
Mommy, that traitor, invited Clyde in!
Grayce thought he looked pretty harmless.
Sweet Pea wondered if his Zombie Tail would fall off.
Rupert didn't think so...
...and much discussion ensued.
Sweet Pea was captivated by Clyde's musty Zombie Funk.
So she sat up for another whiff, and then--
Clyde CAME TO LIFE!!!
He tried to eat Sweet Pea's BRAINS!
It was close call, kitties...Mommy wrestled Clyde away from Sweet Pea and put him in a drawer, for safekeeping. For now.
Does any cat know some good anti-zombie spells?
We *might* be a tiny bit worried...
Happy Monday!

Woohoo!!! Send Clyde to me! Send Clyde to me!!!! I love lizards...dead or alive or zombies... har har har *evil laughs*
ReplyDeleteClyde was just molting, which is why he only looked deaded. You kitties better be happy you don't molt because you'd look really silly naked!
ReplyDeleteOMC! That was skeery! Mebbe your mom should put him in the human litter box and flush him!
ReplyDeleteHmm.. The Woman was playing Zombie Lane on Facebook but then started playing CivWorld so she quit. Maybe if you get Sid Meier he can get rid of your Zombie Lizards too..
ReplyDeleteWe're so glad your mommy didn't let Clyde eat Sweet Pea's brains! That was pretty skeery!
ReplyDeleteYour Mom have lots of creepy creature make my Heart Beat Faster ! and she is the real teaser ! She made you guys and me drooling and then she keeps in a drawer !....Great !
ReplyDeletexoxo
Hmmm. I would not know what to do with a Clyde. Maybe the Farm cats would.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what to tell you guys - I only know about zombie toys, and the only way to deal with them is to keep killing them over and over. If your human does not allow you to do this with Clyde, I might have to conclude that she is in cahoots with him!
ReplyDeleteAaaaaaaaaagh...
ReplyDeleteOhmigod, I think I would be very curious about this critter!
ReplyDeletepurrs and love
LUna
He looks so nice and crunchy........ I wonder if he has squidgy bits inside ?
ReplyDeleteSweet Pea, Did Clyde suck some of your brains out through your sweet little pink nose? Well, what does a pretty girl like you need a brain anyway?
ReplyDeleteOh, wait--what? Oh, yeah, right, sorry. I'm not supposed to be such a sexist pig anymore. Sigh. A Mancat has to be so careful these days. Honestly!
OMC !
ReplyDeleteSuch a creepy experience for you all !!!

OMC! Did Sweet Pea's nose get hurted?
ReplyDeleteWe fink that was irresponsible lizarding by yoor mommy! She deserves the back of disrespect.
I think Clyde is playing with your minds kitties! Beware of the 'play dead lizard' And poor Sweet Pea - Ouch that nose nip looks sore, I think you all need to plot your revenge.
ReplyDeleteHee hee hee. That picture of zombie Clyde eating Sweet Pea's brains is SO SO funny!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I are surpized!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are luck your brainz didn't get eated!
ReplyDeleteOMC, a horror story first thing in the morning...the mom's not sure she can take it. We, on the other hand, think we'd like to meet a lizard, zombie or otherwise. :-P
ReplyDeleteOooh zombies. Mommy likes zombies. And a zombie lizard no less! We are impressed. We've never seen a lizard before and that one looks scary.
ReplyDeleteWow, our Mom just had some major shivers! She thinks Clyde is very scary looking but she loved the picture of Zombie Clyde trying to eat Sweet Pea's brains!
ReplyDeleteBella is our resident 'witch'. We've seen her put spells on things, so we'll ask her to get a spell going to make Clyde go away.
the only anti-zombie recipe i have requires a lizard tail so i don't think it's going to work in this situation.
ReplyDeleteCRIPES! That freaked us out just a bit!
ReplyDeleteYIKES - from a creepy crawler free state, we're creeped out too.
ReplyDeleteOMC - the lizard was bad enough, but they can become zombies??? Mom may never go out west again....
ReplyDeleteMEOWZA!!!!!!!! We bet our Shelly would know what to do with Clyde!!!!!! She may be a girl and be small, but she's a toughy.....she's a tortie for sure!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe love y'all very much.
oh no, that sounds very scarey!!! I hope he stays in that drawer. What do you mean Simba, he has already eaten my brains!!! Charming!!! :)xx

ReplyDeleteWe will be in the closet and hidey holes hiding, i mean, looking for tips on how to destroy zombies!
amazing pictures... you guys are SO cute!
ReplyDeleteZombies!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDouble Double Toil and Trouble
Zombie burn and zombie bubble.
That's a different spell but with word substitution like we did, it should be effective. Well, we don't know for sure.........it might actually increase their numbers....
That is a scary looking character. Glad he wasn't in our house. Glad Mom got rid of him. Yikes. Take care and have a super day.
ReplyDeleteEEEKKK!!!!! We don't know any anti-zombie spells but we will see what we can find. In the meantime, have a shotgun handy to take his head off if he comes to life again!
ReplyDeletei see there's a lot of excitement at the catio. we should snag an invite someday.
ReplyDeleteemma and buster
Clyde did look pretty scary until Gracie sniffed him! Your mom provides good entertainment for you guys!
ReplyDeleteClyde sure had me fooled, too! I was sure he was dead, the way he was lying upside down and very still. He really is a zombie! Have you thought of making a voodoo doll of him and sticking pins in it?
ReplyDeleteYou could also try to scare him by shouting "Boo" like Dante and Dylan.
Failing that there's the old "AbraCATdabra" after which you put a spell on him to control him so he can't attack anymore.
Wow! This is better than Godzilla!
Katnip Lounge always be careful when there is one Zombie Lizard there are always more of them around. A Zombie is never alone so prepare yourselves for a Zombie Lizard invasion.
ReplyDeleteOh noes! SweatPea's nose! You guys better watch SweatPea doesn't start being a zombie now! You may need a Voodoo Mama to make you a gris-gris bag. We gonna have our Mumsy check out that other skeery critter link you got there too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
As always exciting things at your house.....I really need to move!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you unwrap the zombie's bandages if he will become undead?
ReplyDeleteOh no zombie lizard!! Clyde looks very scary with his mouth wide open. That photo of him that he came to life is seriously a horror!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad everyone's brains are safe!!
Sweet Pea
ReplyDeleteI think if I had been you I would have put the chomp right back on a Clyde who would have been in two pieces.
*ghumfu*
Who did he think he was to put the bitey on you?
Abby purrs
Oh! Me would have loved to see Clyde eat brains!!! Too bad your Mommy resuced Sweet Pea. What I would not give for a zombie lizard to eat Kozmo's brains!
ReplyDeleteKisses
Nellie
