Kitties!
We were contacted by Chewy.com for another product review!
We received a free bag of Natural Balance Treats to try, in the Salmon flavor.
Mommy shook the bag and whistled her special Treat Tune--and we all came running, ready to go right to work on our Purrfessional Opinion Poll.
Sweet Pea says YES!
Salem was "meh". She's picky.
May Ling thought they were lip-licking good.
Maui gave them a hearty munching.
Felix was more interested in the bag...
...and CC was a little freaked out.
(He's not too bright, bless his heart)
Scouty weighed in for the "tasty" faction.
As did The Baby!
Johnny was a treat-hoovering machine.

But here is the Amazing Miracle:
The treats were so yummy that John completely forgot about wanting to eat his sister!
And Miz Grizz forgot to be afraid of being eaten by the Big Dummy.
It was a treat detante.
Our verdict: Half of us enjoyed these treats, and half did not. We are more crunchy treat-eaters, and Mommy thinks we may have been put off by the texture. However, we always enjoy trying new things out, so our thanks to Chewy.com for asking us to do another review!
Mommy's just pleased to get JimmyJohn and Bibbles in the same frame, MOL.
Happy Munching Monday!

We were a half and half family too. Although we tried Rabbit-perhaps salmon would have been loved by all.
ReplyDeleteYum Yum! It looks like a good time was had by all.
ReplyDeleteMiss Grizz! You KNOW you loves your Giant Brother--he would NEFUR eat you....I odn't think. Well, on second thought, maybe it's good to keep your distance, except during treat time.
ReplyDeleteThere's enough kitties, that at least a few will like it. Its like that here, too! Nothing goes to waste.
ReplyDeleteIf May Ling♥ likes it then it must be good!
ReplyDeleteYou gotta respect a treat that brings the family together!
ReplyDeleteHey, a treat that brings peace (even if only temporary) in the family has got to be pretty good.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Cindi Lou & The Kitty Krew
You all seem to be diving into those treats. Bet they are d-lish!!!
ReplyDeleteHope your mom's knee is getting better.
OMC, I can't believe The Baby and Johnny were that close together! There must be MAGIC in those treats!
ReplyDeleteAwwwww we are super excited The Baby and Johnny are in the same pic too!! Awwww we hope it is the start of a beautiful friendship! Yay!!
ReplyDeleteTake care

Half of us aren't quite sure of those sort of treats too. But salmon jerky? OHHHHHH. Those get a purrfect score!
ReplyDeletemaybe they should change their name to crunchy.com.
ReplyDeleteGreat review! We enjoyed the rabbit version, but the texture isn't one we particularly like either...
ReplyDeletewow - treats in your house create peace?? usually in our house fights break out as everyone tries to get more. :)
ReplyDeleteHalf is pretty good, we say!
ReplyDeleteFunny, but I recently bought some treats with soft chewy pieces and none of mine liked them, they went out for the birds, lol

Dang it, why doesn't anybuddy ever send ME free foods?!
ReplyDeleteA treat that brought Johnny and The Baby together has gotta be good! And CC, we think you are purrfect! :)
ReplyDeleteYummies!!! And Jimmy John and Bibbles in the same picture? Miracles are happening all over!
ReplyDeleteHalf and half sounds about right!
ReplyDeleteThat was a good review...with a good outcome!
ReplyDeleteMommy's friend actually has a cat named Big Dummy. She also has one called Yellow Cat. Anyway, some of us here like crunchy treats and some like chewy. And when Mom puts any treats on the floor, we are too busy gobbling to worry about our meowmates. Guess that's exactly what happened in the last two photos. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
ReplyDeleteEmma is picky eater; she only likes crunchy treats. Buster can eat anything, except human food. He's not too impressed by what we eat.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
We don't like salmom things but if they have chik-hen ones we would probably try thems.
ReplyDeleteOscar kitty can be finicky with his treats but the other two are treat eating machines!
ReplyDeleteHope your knee is better.
We is envious of you kitties! We likes treats but mom is furry stingy. We don't knows if we would like salmon but we'd give it a try, MOL
ReplyDeleteSasha, Sami, & Saku
My human brought back the same treats from BlogPaws, but in rabbit flavor and we all loved them!
ReplyDeletePurrs
We seldom eat treats, unless made for human people! You're all looking fine and furry.
ReplyDelete50/50 is pretty good. Our boys would love salmon treats and these look good.
ReplyDeleteTreats that make kitties forget to eat each other???? I have to get some of them!!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately Leo is of the "treats are poison" mind set and cant have fish anyway, sigh. But Star would gobble those! Maybe she'd forget to try to destroy Leo if I got her some.
I don't fink I like chewy rubbery-like treats. I am a crunchy treat girlie.
