Kitties!
It's been a madhouse around here the past week. All our routines have been upset and all the hard work we put into training Mommy & Daddy *just so* has gone down the drain. If you heard any giant sucking noises, well, that was it.
The reason is this:
Daddy's BeanSon Aaron, his wife Katelyn, and SLP Danielle on Danielle's First Birthday this past April.
Our house is kinda small, so they stayed at a hotel nearby. (Phew! We can eat and use the litterbox...)
This is the view from the room:
The window view from room 7113 at Leow's Resort, Lake Las Vegas. There are two nice pools at the Hotel, one just for kids!
We think getting into water is insane but People seen to like it, which proves that Humans are crazy. We think they traded having a Thumb for Common Sense somewhere in the mists of time.

Danille is Very Brave and played in the pool a lot.
She even swam ALL BY HERSELF for the VERY FIRST TIME!

Of course, Our House has been invaded, repeatedly. Katelyn's Cat Allergies haven't gotten to her too much; Daddy has been cooking yummy dinners (chix-hen & steak for us!!) so the family has been converging at suppertime and hanging out for a few hours.

Most of us have been spending their visits in Deep Hiding in the bedrooms...leaving our Cat Beds unoccupied--at least by Cats!

We always think it's good when guests stay at a hotel. That way everyone gets a little private time! Danielle is super cute though!

ReplyDeletewoooooooooooooHoooooooooooooooo that looks furry interesting. But we would do exactly as you have done and hide. We do come out once someone has been in our house for awhile, but it takes a bit for us to feel comfortable to show ourselves. Danielle is a cutie and we laughed when we saw her in the cat bed! Now that is a story.
