Kitties!
Scouty here.
Daddy bought a few more nice round Cat beds at CVS Pharmacy (they shop there a LOT for Cat stuff!) and Mommy put two out on the Apartment complex roof. I found them right away, made myself comfortable over units "C" & "D", and had a great nap.

When I woke up, Daddy was on the Catio, taking pictures, and plotting about how to get me into the Stew Pot.

ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure the Human is not going to eat me (I'm pretty skinny and stringy) but I'd still rather not take any chances. Oh, sometimes I **do** let her hold me and brush me, but only after she's had a hearty meal. Better safe than sorry.

ReplyDeleteWe have a contract with TBT that says he will NOT eat us. I return, we cant poop on his pillow or shoes iffen we are annoyed. Seems fair.

You are too fast to be on the menu, Scouty. In fact with muscles so lean and tough as yours, there's no way you'd be tasty on a plate. However, we are sure there are many girlcats (and maybe even boycats) who think you are extremely tasty as you are.

Um...Scouty...when mom and dad say stuff like "you're so cute I could just eat you up!", they don't really mean sticking us in stew pots...they just want to fuss and kiss and snorgle us. At least that's what I think they mean...

Our bean says we taste like chicken and she has plenty of that in the freezer. I just think think your bean says he's going to eat you only when he's mad at something you did and really does not mean it.

CVS DOES have some great cat and dog supplies. It is surprising but they do!
ReplyDeleteHave to tell you, I tried your idea of putting Cody's kibble (he isn't allowed to have treats due to allergies) in that cat toy with the holes (can't think of the name) like you did....it was a WINNER!!
It occupied him for quite some time!
