Do you know what makes me all curly-toed with happiness?

Getting and AWARD!!

We got The Next Big Thing Award from our pals Ayla, Iza, and Marley over at Mark's Mews!


Thank you soooooo much!

The best part of the award is that there aren't any rules--not that we'd pay any attention if there were--because we are rebellious cats, marching to the shake of our own treat bag.

However, we are gonna pass this award on to some new kitty bloggers:

Musings of a Marmalade Moggy,  a stunning ginger gal named Skipper
(Mommy has read Skipper's Mom's blog Crafting Queen for years)

    Laffed at your comment on our blog - admittedly, Dad must have gone the very first or second day that you could go to register pets, but we still don't think many of the people here actually register their cats (they give out the numbers in order). They probably keep them inside and don't see the point in registering them if they aren't going to make them wear the tags. Our folks want to be law abiding and thought they would try to keep a collar on Simba when he was on the deck in case he escaped. That hasn't worked too well anyway. But once you are in the system you have to continue to be registered. It is meant to encourage rabies vaccination.
