Kitties!
May ling here...
...and boy-o-boy am I mad!
Everything looks normal here, right?
Well...check out behind my left ear--do you see that tiny bit of white?
It's a FEATHER in my head fur!
Mommy was snuggling with me on the sofa when she felt something poking her in the back, it was an escapee from her old, el cheapo feather pillow. First she let me sniff it (interesting!) and then it all went downhill, as you can plainly see.
Hell hath no fury like a Tortie scorned...
Later, I ate the feather. Mommy had better be afraid...she might be next!
Happy Tuesday!
XX Miffed May Ling XX
'Hell hath no fury like a Tortie scorned' - never was a truer word (or 8) uttered. And Mirsku is very prepared to defend your honour. And it was a WHITE feather too. That is double plus ungood. Yes, Mirsku will be ensuring there is no peace for your Mommy - once he has finished his snoozies of course.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, Mrsku huh? Me, I'm closer AND I'm awake. Plus: Black and floofy!
ReplyDeleteWere you playing Princess Tigerlily, you know, the Indian princess from Peter Pan? I don't think you're allowed to play cowboys and Indians any more.. But I bet there's a cow colored cat there who would play with you if you are playing Indian! Maybe?
ReplyDeleteYou do look a bit miffed there Mai Ling
ReplyDeleteSo very wrong, indeed.
ReplyDeleteYou deserve some extra treats for this vile offense!
May Ling, may we say that you look way more than miffed...more like totally pissed off. You are rockin' that stink eye. Hope you didn't yak up that feather after you ate it; though, your mom would deserve that. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteMay Ling, you're beautiful when you're angry! Oh, and guess what? I ate a feather once too! It was a baby hawk feather my mom found and was trying to keep for herself. (As if.)
ReplyDeleteUh oh...a ticked off tortie is a very dangerous thing indeed ;)
ReplyDeleteThat would serve her right!
ReplyDeleteA ticked off tortie are not a good thing!

ReplyDeleteI was spitting feathers the other day!! THEY have no idea!!
ReplyDeleteMiffed appears to be an understatement. Mommy had better watch her back and sleep with one eye open at night.
ReplyDeleteOh dear. Oh dear. You look totally HISSED OFF.
ReplyDeletehe he - Good for you sweetie. Yes, don't mess with a ticked off tortie!
ReplyDeleteOh dear we think there could be a very miffed May Ling to contend with.
