Kitties!
The Mommy here.
Just a quick post: Felix is home and sleeping off the remains of his anesthesia. He had a cleaning only--no extractions--but he's still quite the drunken sailor as the vet got a very late start and released him a bit "soon", and that was at 7 pm. When we got home he had a bite to eat (out of every single bowl!), the world's longest wee, all the while his tail vibrating like an indignant harp string. He's all settled in on Dad's bed, where I expect he'll be until morning...
Happy Wednesday!

That doesn't sound like much fun Felix! We're glad you are home safe and sound with the beans. Feel better soon.

I'm glad Felix's dental was relatively uneventful - and yeah, sounds like he got the GOOD drugs!
ReplyDeleteAt least he wee'd before being on the bed. Sleep well Felix, with those shiny teefs. And then eat loads more.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are back home and safe Felix.

ReplyDeleteGood to hear Felix did well at the Vet.
ReplyDeleteJulie has a dental Thursday.
She has an inflamed tooth that needs to be checked.
Enjoy a long snooze :)

Hope you're feeling better now, Felix. You will be able to dazzle everyone with your gleaming smile.
ReplyDeleteOH that "I'm Home!" pee.. :) it's kinda special in it's own unique way..
ReplyDeleteYippee for having that done, huh, Felix?
ReplyDeleteMan, we've been there too. We're glad no extractions though. Sleep well now.

ReplyDeleteWe're glad all went well for you, Felix. It's best if you sleep it off so you'll be raring to go tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad Felix is not un-toothed and feeling better. But we had ta laff about the long wee... We remember that when Iza came home from a day at the Vet once, she did the same (thankfully in the litterbox - she was unhappy. TBT was amazed. The peepod was the size of a deflated football! TBT had to actually cut in 2 parts ta fit it in the disposal bag...
ReplyDeleteShe is a real water-drinker (fer a cat) so TBT can recognize her peepods, but that surprized even him. He wishes he had been there ta time it!
Because he read that all animals take about 20 seconds to pee and that one had ta be a full 40 seconder... Another viral video missed...
Sleep it off Felix.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Felix will be back to himself tomorrow. Six months ago, Bear had the same ... and a molar extracted and he was feelin' good for a couple days on the pain medication :)
ReplyDeletePoor Felix! Feel better soon, buddy.
