In Which Mommy Deserves Demerits

Mommy is a moron.

"Why is that" you ask--and not "why is she a moron" but "why now"?

Because she forgot to post our International Box Day photo, the one in which I demonstrate Extreme Derring-Do by purrforming the rarely seen (but highly coveted) Box-Within-a-Box maneuver, to wit:

Kitties, have you ever seen such an example of Expert Nesting?  

This is not something one should attempt on their first Boxing--it took me years of practice and training to achieve this Pinnacle of Packaging--and some moron Mommy forgot to post it on the assigned day!

So we're using it for our Sunday Selfie...like that's supposed to appease me.

Well maybe it does...but only just a *little*.

I am prone to The Sneezies (official diagnosis) and got hauled off to the vet for an exam and a course of the dreaded pink juice once daily for the next ten days.

*sigh*

This is one box I could permanently do without!

The good news is that I've whittled off THREE pounds in the past year, thanks to Mommy depriving us me of dry kibble and switching to canned food.  My heart murmur sounded the same (grade 1, not too serious) and the vet loved on me and gave me many many many head kissies and body rubs.  I have to have my teefs cleaned some time soon, but paws crossed Mommy will forget about that--she does, after all, have the attention span of a gnat.

A boy can dream, right?

Anyway, we had to go back in the archives all the way to April to find a Cat-inna-Box photo, and look, it's me, Johnny, with my fur suit on! 

You know what, there's only one thing better than a box.
