I'm sharing this Sunday Selfie with my Special Best Friend, Watering Can.

Mr. Can lives on the upper level of the garden window (when he's not busy watering) and he makes a fabulous pillow for my head.  The peeps laugh, but Mr. Can is amazingly comfortable, and we snuggle daily while I bask in the sun.

I think every kitty should have a Watering Can.

I was puttering around in the bedroom and saw this through the sliding glass door:

Naturally I snuck outside--quiet as a mouse--to get a quick photo of the love fest.

Earlier, I'd seen Scouty up on one of the ramps, and Johnny sacked out on the bottom of the blue tree, solo.  Apparently that didn't last! They were adorable; when Scouty snuggled up and Johnny lifted up his arm to hug him I nearly expired from Teh Cute.

Nothing as heartwarming as love.

Two-Fur Tuesday

Mommy calls me her Little Love-Bug, and this is why:  you almost never see me solo!  I'm always loving and smooching with one of my housemates, either Scouty or Johnny or Rupert (or with the peeps in bed at night...I adore tummy rubs, but ONLY in bed when they are laying down.  It's "safer" that way.)

So when two of my favorite pals up and vamoosed for an evening I was bereft--and when they came back home reeling like drunken sailors a bit unsteady I was overjoyed to see them, even if all they really wanted to do was recover!  I gave Rupert a thorough sniffing and an ear wash to get rid of the evil vet stank...

...and I will neither confirm nor deny that I was so overly enthusiastic with the Full Body Rub of Joy™ that I nearly tipped him over!

Life is so good with a buddy.

Tuesday Tussle

Me-n-Rupert have epic, spectacular battles daily.

It keeps us trim and in shape for most anything.

We usually start with a grooming-bitey.  We take turns at this; I bite Rupert just as much as he bites me.  However, *I* usually do wash his ears pretty thoroughly, first.  

(He's a grimy boycat, after all!)

The Bitey leads to the classic Stare Down...

...and then the WHAPPING begins!

!THWOK!

*KA-pow*

And then, just like that, we're done!

All our Catly skillz honed and ready to go.

No hard feelings--later on we'll have Round 2, and 3, and 4...
