After elebenty billion days ten long hours of waiting, Mommy is back home where she belongs--on the sofa with me hugging her feets.  Truthfully, Mommy's lap is fine for a nap, but in my humble opinion, nothing beats a good schtinky foot for a pillow.

Unbelievable Cuteness

I was puttering around in the bedroom and saw this through the sliding glass door:

Naturally I snuck outside--quiet as a mouse--to get a quick photo of the love fest.

Earlier, I'd seen Scouty up on one of the ramps, and Johnny sacked out on the bottom of the blue tree, solo.  Apparently that didn't last! They were adorable; when Scouty snuggled up and Johnny lifted up his arm to hug him I nearly expired from Teh Cute.

Nothing as heartwarming as love.

Last night, just for fun, I stuck my paw in Mommy's mouth while she was sleeping.  She woke up with a muffled (cos my paw was in there) scream and scolded me...and then squoozled me under the covers with her for some big time spooning as "punishment" for my transgression.

I think I'll do it again tonight...

I was having a nice solo snooze in my garden window box when Rupert barged in to snuggle.  Now, I don't mind cuddling with him, he's warm--but he IS a Stinky Boycat--so first I gave him a little wash to remove his funk and tidied his eyebrows.  Then we settled in and had a nice nap together, all afternoon!  Sometimes a washing session doesn't lead to biteys and bad feelings.  Not often, but occasionally.

The Bad News:  Mommy had to work two extra shifts this week.

The Good News:  She made special cuddle time for me in the mornings!

Scruffy Scritching

The Good News:  The computers at Mommy's job were finally upgraded from XP to 7!

The Bad News:  There's no card reader on 'em.

There's leg piercing going on here...the scritching has ceased.

The Good News:  There's pictures of me enjoying Mommy's lap on her tablet!

The Gooder News:  She had a USB cable in her bag, so you get to see the photos!
