Do you see this sheet I'm sat upon? They're flannel, covered in kitties, and they're NEW!
Mommy got them from her folks as a fun Birthday present (not yet, January 31st--ed.) and she immediately laundered and put 'em into service.
The flannel fabric is verreh comfy on my sensitive hairy behind, and I told Mommy just how happy I was about that. You won't have to turn up the sound very much to hear me purring like a locomotive:
I apologize for the quality, Mommy had to grab her old tablet to get these...and the lighting wasn't the best...I hope my purr and chitchat makes up for it a little.
Mommy was changing the bedding yesterday, and to avoid (or so she thought) cat furs on the naked mattress pad and pillows she tossed a clean blanket over them until she could put the fresh sheets on.
Only a scant few minutes later she discovered this:
First off, I'd like to say that I take umbrage with the title of this post; just because things should be a Certain Way and no other, ever does NOT imply fussiness, Mommy.
Anyway, today Mommy changed the sheets on Daddy's my bed. I find this activity highly disturbing--after all I just spent a week getting my pillow kneaded into submission and achieving optimum fur distribution to mark my turf. There are other felines here that insist upon sleeping with Daddy* as well...and fresh bedding disturbs the smelly status quo.
So...
This afternoon, instead of snoozing peacefully on the top tier of the cat tree in the Office I was forced to change my routine and stake my claim on Daddy's MY bed!
