Table Takeover

Actually, it's not our confession as much as it is a Declaration:

Hear ye, hear ye!  

The dining room table is ours! 

Daddy put three heated beddies up here plus this nice cozy blankie--what did the people think was gonna happen?

Heat a beddy and cats will come.

Good luck trying to eat a meal here... 

Henceforth, this table shall be known as "The Hot Box Farm".

Now all I need is to snag one of those hot beds for myself--I wonder if any of these lazy slugabeds are going to move soon?

CATserole Cooking

Today we have a recipe--for CATserole.

It's pretty easy, just two steps:

Place one (1) cat in the Oven

Bake at sunpuddle temperature until done, or elebenty hours.

Serve warm.

Preliminary reports indicate that he likes it in there.

Mommy got a sheepskin pelt for a little extra padding and warmth in bed...but she's decided she enjoys it much more on the recliner.  For a few days we were all convinced it was the Epitome of Evil, and if the peeps put us on it we shot off like we'd been trebuchet'd.

Not anymore!

We love this thing.  

Mommy may have to purchase another fleece if she intends on any snuggly-sheepie time.

Because this one is MINE.

It's me, Sweet Pea!

The leopard couch binky was all furred up so Mommy washed it, dried it, and then left it all warm and crumpled up on the dryer--which was tumbling another load--just purrfect for a kitty to burrow into, and have a nice toasty nap.  So I did!

Mommy found me and was nice enough (after snapping a couple of photos) to leave me be and let me get back to my snooze hard work of re-furring the blanket.  I stayed there for most of the afternoon--bliss.
