A few of us are gonna hang out and watch football today.

We all have to get good seats.  It's a good idea to stake out a spot early. 

Salem is camped by the snax. 

Sweet Pea is CATmoflaged on the cozy sherpa fleece binky.

Felix is unimpressed by the programming (what else is new), and CC is wondering where to sit...after he scarfs down the KFC chicken by the fountain!  (Daddy went there to get us a treat--he's a pretty good dude.) 

Maui likes to be close to the action, or at least the warm TV.  He hops up here all the time.

And if it warms up a little (it was only 41F here yesterday morning!) by halftime, we'll join KonaKitty outside on the Catio for some fresh air and fun.

Easy Sunday Snapshots

It's been busy around here lately.

What with Sweet Pea and May Ling's whizz wars, Sylvester and Felix's skirmish, and Salem's eye infection (drops twice daily and a vet visit), we are gonna take it easy today!

We're gonna hang out on the Lotus tree.  Do you see the heaty pad?  Bliss.

Daddy always needs casual supervision.  There's three of us so it won't be too taxing.

Hanging on the skyway is always a good option.

So is circle scowling!

And there's always looking cute.

Sleepy Sunday

I am tired. 

Last week was Maui's Gotcha Day party, Lautrec and Tiny's birthday party, our awesome giftie box from Spitty, and then Christmas!

I need a nap, prolly until the New Year.

Speaking of which, we have a few announcements!

First, Mommy is working a strange schedule for the next month.  She promised us that we'd post every day, but that we might be scarce for commenting for a while.  Since she feeds us, we didn't grumble too much.  But there may be a strategic yak in her future...just sayin'!

Second, can y'all check our blogroll and see if you're on it?  We're trying to square up our 'Roll with our Reader and we'd appreciate the help...and is there an easier way to do it than one at a time?

Third, we want to answer some questions...but we need some first!  Is there something about us or the Catio you're dying to know?  Leave us a comment and we'll do a post in a week or so!

Forth, Mommy is writing a little short story!  More on that later...

Now, I need to nap.

You all wore us out!  In fact, I think I counted more than thirteen Cats floating around...if anybody is missing a kitty check the Catio or the Hissy Hut.  Oh, and there were a couple sacked out on the North Skyway, too.  I'll send them home as soon as they're coherent.

She did some shopping after work and everything that could go wrong, did.  At least she got home all in one piece to feed us!

Easy on Sunday, Saturday Evening Edition

Felix here.

Monsoon has begun here in the Desert. That means the humidity is up, but temperatures are down. If we're lucky, we'll get some rain! Four inches of rain a year is average for Las Vegas...and our house is actually outside the valley, so we get even less.

But the clouds during the day gives us some "shade" and it's not so gol-danged HOT on the Catio.

So after our supper we like to go outside, digest, and relax up for the 10 o'clock crazies.

Daddy took some verreh nice photos of some of us with his new camera...

Here I am, contemplating how to woo a Special LadyCat.

CC is enjoying his tingly furz...Mommy just zoom groomed a whole cat's worth of fur offa him.

Maybe a cat and a half!

Scouty is digesting his chicken jerky treats...

No lizard today, but she got one yesterday!
