Breaking News--Box Bites Cat!

Kitties!

Felix here, with a tale guaranteed to make your furs stand on end.

The coffeemaker expired.

But that's not the worst of it.

After the air cleared from Mommy's Blue Language--boy, she's cranky without her coffee--the peeps rushed down to Wally World to purchase a replacement.

Naturally, we got the box.
I was Highly Suspicious.
You never know with boxes--so I gave the outside a thorough inspection.
Check!

The inside seemed fairly innocuous...

...at first...
...so I delved deeper.  Everything was good...

...until it went terribly wrong:
HELP!!!!

Daddy ran to my rescue, and I ran sauntered away.

Kitties, I was right, feeling skeptical about that box--it's a Cat Eater!
I was lucky to escape with my life.

Happy Friday!

  30. When we saw that porthole we thought it would be a great fun box to have...now we see it was actually an evil lure for an unsuspecting kitteh!

    ReplyDelete
  31. OMC! We love boxes...but definitely not THAT one! We hope your daddy put it out of its evil misery so it will never bite you again.

    ReplyDelete
  32. OMC, the coffeemaker broke? That really is an emergency, But not as much of am emergency as your being attacked by the box. Boxes are supposed to be our friends. Our partners in crime. That box has no manners.

  33. Those holes in that box looked like they had something nefarious in mind, but that was really nervy to grab you around the neck. Good thing your dad was there to rescue you. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
