Unlike some of the more intelligent less robust Kitties here at The Lounge, I really enjoy lazing around in the heat.

You can find me outdoors, even when it's elebenty zillion billion degrees on the Catio.

I have Top Secret Cooling Weapon, though; I scoot up next to the foundation of the house, where it's much cooler.  

I plaster my furry tummy up on the concrete and absorb the cold, like this:

A situation which I rectified immediately.

Then, just as I was deciding on the Fang Shui of where to arrange my fuzzy blanket and treat dish, it happened:

Tasteless Tuesday

Kitties!

Mommy was desperate for photos so she put some Stinky Goodness in a fancy red dish and whistled us up. 

Well.  

We all came running but that was as far as our cooperation in the photoshoot went.

Grayce wouldn't look, no matter how Mommy pleaded.

Sweet Pea decided she detested this flavor, this minute.

Johnson photobombed Scouty, who actually deigned to nibble...

...until The Baby told him off two seconds later!

After a couple of licks (that Mommy failed to capture) The Baby determined the food was Deadly Poison, and ceded the dish to KonaKitty--who hates everything.

By the time Rupert stepped up to the plate, Mommy was getting her titz in a wringer a little frustrated.

Would he or wouldn't he eat?

He did!

But only for a minute.  

Plus, he refused to face the camera and Mommy had the long lens on so she couldn't move anywhere else in the living room.

bwa ha ha ha ha!!!

Well.

To tell the truth, it's more luck (on Mommy's part, we are always photogenically pristine) than skill.  She shoots lots and lots of photos, and she generally gets a few hundred boners:

The Baby's blurry butt.

Salem's bodacious booty.

Maui going all Linda Blair--thank Cod the demon came out fairly easily--they can be so pestiferous sometimes.
